Did you know that the stairs is a great piece of equipment that is both free to use and effective on challenging the body? Consider the steps as doing a ton of single leg squats, but within a small enough range to be safe on the joints!
When some of my clients ask about what other workouts they can do while on the road and with no equipment, I usually recommend 20-25 minutes of walking up and down the stairs while listening to a podcast or music. It is a great way to work up a sweat, get the heart rate up, and work on the legs!
