Do you have a few minutes?
This week we are talking all about taking action. On Monday we made a list, yesterday we walked 30 minutes, today is something simple. Do a workout.
There are so many excuses as to why we don’t follow through with a consistent fitness program. “I don’t have the time” “I’m too busy”, “work is killing me”. But the reality is that all we need is to open up three 45 minute time blocks to get solid results. This can be maximized when added with a nutrition program (book a free call with our coach by clicking on this link).
Today’s workout should take you less than 15 minutes to complete (including warm up and cool down). Here we go:
3 minutes of as many cycles as you can: 30 jumping jacks, 10 walking lunges, and 10 shoulder taps
2 minutes of stretching:
Thoracic spine rollout (1 minute)
Deep lunge hip floss (30s/side)
Then complete 5 rounds with as little rest as possible:
(this shoud take you less than 10 minutes to complete! If it takes more time and you’re signifiantly winded, book a free no sweat intro phone call with a coach today by clicking on this link. Let’s fix that for you now!)
If you are having trouble trying to block out time for yourself, ask yourself what needs to be done to change that? You don’t have to be a victim of your own schedule. It’s not about dedication or discipline. In fact, you deserve to have the time to focus on your health. So take action today.
