3 Minute Read: Action breeds Action

Do you have a few minutes?

This week we are talking all about taking action. On Monday we made a list, yesterday we walked 30 minutes, today is something simple. Do a workout.

There are so many excuses as to why we don’t follow through with a consistent fitness program. “I don’t have the time” “I’m too busy”, “work is killing me”. But the reality is that all we need is to open up three 45 minute time blocks to get solid results. Today’s workout should take you less than 15 minutes to complete (including warm up and cool down). Here we go:

3 minutes of as many cycles as you can: 30 jumping jacks, 10 walking lunges, and 10 shoulder taps

2 minutes of stretching:

Thoracic spine rollout (1 minute)

Deep lunge hip floss (30s/side)

Then complete 5 rounds with as little rest as possible:

5 situps

10 pushups

15 squats
