Accept your back pain for what it is

Many of my clients often find it hard to accept the situation they’re in.

But perspective is important. Instead of framing your aches and pains in a negative lens, I have found it especially helpful to clients to reframe these aches and pains as signals that our body has some work to do to get better. Just like when you’re hungry and your stomach starts growling. It’s just a signal from your body to listen to it and make the necessary adjustments (i.e. eat something).

Our backs are just the same. Just because you have back pain doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world. Accept it for what it is, listen to your body, and make the corresponding adjustments to get better. It’s that simple and I go over it in today’s video
