An easy way to fix an anterior pelvic tilt

Meet Jaime. She is a mother of 2, has back pain, and has an anterior pelvic tilt.

Her back pain prevented her from standing up for even short periods of time at the grocery store line.

She also said her hamstrings were freakishly tight.

Her tight hamstrings were the result, not the cause of her pain; stretching them out would only be a band-aid to the problem.

On her first visit we completed this easy-to-do exercise called the posterior pelvic tilt. I go over it in detail in today’s video and highly recommend you try it out yourself.

Let me know how it goes.
