With COVID restrictions in effect, wearing and working out with a mask can make your breathing feel uncomfortable and make your whole body stressed, so in today’s video I will show you some techniques I’ve learned from Jiu-Jitsu that have helped clients of mine breathe more comfortably with a mask.
