Sidebending can be helpful if you moving in the right direction. If you have a disc related issue, then leaning towards the side of symptoms can be helpful in reducing your sciatica.
However, if bending towards the side of your symptoms didn’t work for you, then perhaps leaning away might help, and if that’s the case, then arthritis may actually be your biggest problem, and I discuss this in more detail in today’s video.
