Tight calves and sciatica

Your sciatic nerve actually splits right above the knee into two major nerves. The tibial nerve travels down the back of your shin and supplies both motor and sensation to the back portion of your leg, and the bottom of your foot. The fibular nerve (sometimes called the sural nerve) supplies nerves to the top of your foot and the front of your shin.

Your calf muscles can have a huge impact on your sciatic nerve, indirectly because it influences these nerves running through your lower leg. In today’s video I share with you my favorite way to provide relief to them.
