If you experience back pain, you’ve probably heard that plank holds are an excellent exercise to strengthen your core and thus reduce back pain.
While I agree they can be helpful, too many people have incorrect form and this prevents them from really benefiting from this exercise, so in today’s video I share with you step-by-step how to do planks correctly.
