Yesterday I shared a gift with you. As promised, here is a workout for you if you are unable to attend the gym today:
4 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds (As fast as possible)
10 air squats
10 pushups
10 raise the roof sit-ups
Short, intense, effective, no equipment needed.
If you are inherently motivated to make changes on your own, that is awesome. Keep up the good work.
However, if you don’t have the inherent motivation to workout on a regular basis, or follow a nutrition plan consistently, it isn’t the end of the world for you. Instead of having to wait for January 1 and come out of the gates hot using sheer willpower, let’s start building some new behaviors today.
Motivation is a finite resource. We usually save mental exercises like these for Friday. But it’s always nice to have a little Tuesday Motivation.
Identify one great thing that has happened to you or that you’ve done over the past 24 hours. Take that excitement and apply it to your next workout and food choice. The moment you lose motivation, just think about all the steps you’ve taken for yourself and your health. You’re a lot closer to your goals than you think.
Do you need help in making changes? Looking for a program that isn’t intimidating and is in line with YOUR goals? Book a free no sweat intro phone call with one of our team members at this link. We will discuss your goals, motivating factors, and the best plan of action for you.
