It is finally the weekend!
This might sound like a weird thing, but I love going to the farmer’s market to buy my vegetables. All those amazing colors and cool things to try and buy!
Shopping on Saturdays help break up the weekend meal prep, instead of having to cram all the activities (shopping, chopping, cooking, prepping) on Sunday. It makes the process so much easier. This week our priorities for veggies is going to be in line with what’s in season.
So keep your eyes out for:

Apples

Arugula (end of the season)

Basil (end of the season)

Beets

Broccoli (raab)

Escarole
-
Garlic
-
Chard
-
Corn (they are the sweetest now)
