3 Minute Read: Make a list

We all have goals, and most of us understand the work that needs to be done in order for said goal to be accomplished. So what separates success from a missed goal? Action. This week we’ll be focusing on taking action so you can get one step closer to your goals.

Take one fitness goal and make a list of 5 actionable steps that you can do every day to accomplish that goal in 1-3 months. Of those five actionable steps, select no more than 3 to follow consistently. You’ll most likely select the first three of the five you listed.

Share them with me by replying to this email and act on those steps immediately. Now you have an accountability partner. Next week I’ll check in to see if you were able to keep up with those action steps for an entire week.
