Your feet connect you to the ground. We spend most of our time on our feet and over time, the stress of each position can accumulate. There is no such thing as bad posture, we can develop issues if we’re in one position for too long. We need to change positions regularly. The great news is that you don’t need crazy long programs to improve your positioning. We just need to know about how the feet influence how we stand and how our joints work.
