Get out of bed

You’re doing it wrong.

Why this matters:

If you open your eyes in the morning with no pain, but then your pain starts when you get out of bed; You are most likely getting out of bed incorrectly. We need to change that. Whether your flexion or extension intolerant, having too much motion at the back can cause irritation, especially when you’re in an active state of pain. But it doesn’t have to be.
