For many folks in the US, tomorrow is a big day spent in the kitchen. Thanksgiving is a lovely time to spend with family, friends, and food. But what if you’re dealing with sciatica pain? If the kitchen is your domain, and you don’t want to give it up, you can still run the kitchen without fear of flaring up your symptoms. The good news is that maneuvering around the kitchen is not just limited to this holiday!
The key to success is taking breaks, moving around with purpose, and letting your hips do the work.
