Pain management is simple. Focus on the activities/stretches that improve your pain and avoid the activities/positions that make it worse. But you can’t quite figure that out if you don’t complete a daily check in. This is especially crucial when you are conveying this to a healthcare provider. The more information you provide the better. After receiving enough information, we’ll find a way to help you recover.
Ask yourself, how are you feeling today? Better, worse or the same? What activities did you do yesterday that could have impacted this? How about sleeping position?
