My first answer was usually to do “A, B, and C followed by X, Y, and Z”.
I would give every single person the same answer, no matter who they were.
That was 8 years ago.
After treating back pain for thousands of clients, that answer has completely changed.
There isn’t a set routine of exercises that work for every single person.
Every person’s anatomy is different and it takes time to figure out what positions, exercises, stretches help or harm you.
But once you figure this out, the world is yours and sciatic pain relief is just around the corner.
