Tight, tight, tight

Do your back, hamstrings, and hips always seem to feel tight?

This is often due to a position called anterior pelvic tilt, meaning that your pelvis is rotated forward. As a result your body compensates by arching your back making your hips, back and hamstrings perpetually tight.

The good news is that this issue is quite easy to fix, and I go over how in today’s video.
