What are you doing February 15th?

I’m turning 35 next month! And what is a better way to celebrate this special day than to join me in a free webinar on how to Fix Your Own Sciatica Pain without lengthy stretching/exercise programs. It will take place on February 15, 2023 at 7am PST. You see, we only have 24 hours in a day. We don’t have time to dedicate 2 hours every day to stretching and exercising to manage our pain. Truth be told, there should be between 3-5 go to stretches or exercises to manage the pain, maybe 3-5 exercises to strengthen the weak muscles, and that’s it!

The rest of the time we need to focus on maximizing the outcomes from the current program that we already have, or make some changes. That means, taking a look at your day, figuring out how to find ways to implement optimal movement strategies to ensure that the pain not only goes away, but so that it never comes back!

So if you are tired of having to do the same stretches day after day, and the list is starting to take a lot more time out of your day, then this webinar is for you. Here’s what we’ll cover:

1) Discover the source of your pain. If we know the source, we can address it directly.

2) Find the right stretches to address the pain. You may be surprised how simple this can be.

3) Discover the strategies to prevent the pain from coming back. Break free from the fear of getting hurt again.
